The Keystone Town Board approved a wine license and malt liquor license for Guadalajara’s Restaurant that required a public hearing to take place because both licenses had lapsed. The approval took place at the board’s Aug. 18 meeting.
During the discussion finance officer Cassandra Ott informed the board that the incident was reported to Pennington County Sheriff’s Office but was unaware if any action was taken.
“I’m not sure if they were serving or not,” Ott said. The wine license lapsed in January and the malt liquor license on July 1.
