What grade/subject do you teach? 

First grade.

 

Where did you grow up and where did you go to college? 

I grew up in Green Bay, Wis., Grand Island, Neb. and  Mitchell.

I went to college in Milwaukee, Wis.

 

How long have you been a teacher? 

Eleven years.

 

Why did you become a teacher? 

I wanted to reach students where they are at academically/social-emotionally and help them to reach their full potential.

 

What do you love about teaching?

Everyone is there for the best interest of the kids!

I’m married to my husband, Nick. 

We have: three dogs, one cat and a tortoise.
