Richard Fuller

Richard  L. Fuller was born Oct. 2, 1950, in Bryan, Texas, to Paul and Ruby (Butler) Fuller.   He proudly served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Public Health Service until his retirement after 39 years of service.
Richard, of Custer, S.D., passed away Aug. 2, 2023, at his home in Custer, S.D He was 72.
Richard is survived by his wife, Barbara of Custer; sons, Brandon (Jennifer) Fuller of Colorado, and David (Chelsea) Fuller of Florida; daughter, Allison (Reid) Whiteside of Texas; brother, Shawn Fuller; sister, Donna Price Elliott; and grandchildren, Brenna and Kaylee.
Memorial services were Aug. 8 at Chamberlain McColley Funeral Home in Custer with military honors presented.
